Note from current owner: ... Her name is Laramie.  She stands about 15 1/2 hands, a pretty big girl.  She had about 30 days training, but was mishandled, which did not help her trust issues.  I can catch her and she loves to be scratched on her neck and shoulders.  She will allow brushing of her entire back, but gets nervous.  With the right handling I think she will come around, as she shows interest in people.  As I have already mentioned, she will allow trimming of her front feet, but will not allow her back feet to be touched.  She does not kick, but prefers to face a person and will not turn her back to you.  I will make sure that she has her shots, is trimmed and has coggins before she goes to her new home.  I sincerely hope you can find one for her with gentle, knowing people, who have a little horse experience. ...
