Notes from his foster-mom 5/5/2008:"Yes, he is growing up some more, plus I have been sand clearing him. He is very approachable and likes to be brushed, getting better about his feet issues, very loving, he doesn't have a problem being haltered and led around. ....... He enjoys basking in the sun and has learned to pull the plug in the tub for water, also he likes playing in the water. He is like a big great dane puppy, all legs and loves to run around. As far as anything bad about Barney??? I can't think of anything, nothing a lot of love and patience won't cure. He has a wonderful personality, he's not mean, but very kind, he has no issues with men, he loves my husband, good with women, not crazy about dogs and loves other horses, as I have 3 other mares who argue for his time, he is very docile."
